Sriracha BBQ pork ribs

I couldn’t get too fancy with this as I used only what I had in my freezer pantry and refrige. I made a sauce to cook the pork ribs in using a crock pot. After about 3hrs on high in the rock pot, I cut the ribs and layed them in a glass pan. Used the sauce from leftover in the crock pot and reduced it using guava jelly (yes! F*cking guava jelly) and brown sugar. I also added finely minced onions and let it reduce until thick enough to coat a spoon. I added ribs back into the sauce then layed out in pan broiling it on low for about 15-20 min. Bring up the broil to high and cook for additional 5 minutes or until u have a slight char. Tasty, sweet, and a little spicy. 

Sriracha sauce 

1/2 c Sriracha  

1/2 c Shoyu

1/4 c brown sugar 

3 large cloves of garlic minced

1/8 honey

For reduction add:

1/2 c guava jelly

2 Tbsp minced onions

1/4 c brown sugar
